The tour includes stops at various agricultural activities of the farm, including the vineyards, with an explanation of the techniques of organic agricolture; after that you visit the cellars of the Castle and enjoy a guided tasting of the most valuable wines and their personalities that come truly from the terroir you just visited..

For over 30 years, at the Maso Schwarhof near Bolzano, the Loacker family has managed its own vineyards in an organic and homeopathic way.. The goal is to produce quality wines in perfect harmony with nature. During the guided tour through the vineyards and while tasting wine you will learn the secrets of bio-dynamics. XI - XIV), not only a pleasant and suggestive place, is the headquarters of the organic viticulture farm with the same name; The tour includes: a visit to the old cellars, with an accurate description of the different characteristics of each wine and of winemaking and aging processes, tasting of the prestigious wines of the winery.

The tour includes a visit to the Masseria (Farm) exploring the different  the different stages of working the grapes and other agricultural products and to the vineyards.You will taste locally produced wines and sampling of the riches of the garden including Coratina olive oil, the variety with the highest number of polyphenols. A true full immersion into the rhythm of the Di Tucci family and their philosophy. 

Enjoy two hours of colors and scents in nature: a short visit to Tenuta La Favola and then relax in the courtyard in front of the sea. Reservation is required
